Sponsorship

Support from business sponsors helps us to keep the theatre alive.

Sponsorship and fundraising was used on the following projects:

2023 and 2024: 

• Sanding and resurfacing of the beautiful wooden floor
• Painting the theatre and installing light fittings
• A new fridge for the bar
• A fire escape for the tech booth
• Replacement equipment, as required
  

• Supporting local amateur shows
• Running costs for the theatre
• Marketing our shows
  

2022:

• Earthquake strengthening of the building — now completed, thanks to COGS, MDC and RATA grants.
• Replacement equipment, as required

2021:

• Refresh interior by painting and refurbishment of the hallway and toilets
